Fix a problem
Discord or Spotify is not updating
Reconnect a service and check whether live activity is available.
Reconnect carefully
- 1Open Dashboard → Settings.
- 2Disconnect the service that is not working.
- 3Connect it again and approve access.
- 4Open Dashboard → Customize.
- 5Make sure its profile toggle is on.
- 6Save changes.
- 7Create new activity, wait a few seconds, and refresh the public page.
Activity can be hidden
Discord privacy settings, invisible status, Spotify private sessions, stopped playback, or a temporary service outage can prevent live information from appearing.
