Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use canna.sx. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under it. Keep your email address current so you can recover access.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or post — your text, links, images, audio, fonts, and other media (“Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, serving your public profile page and generating link previews).

You represent that you have the rights to the Content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post illegal content, or content that is sexually exploitative of minors;
• harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others;
• distribute malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive links;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• spam, scrape, or place excessive automated load on the Service;
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, authentication, or access data that isn't yours;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our permission.

We may remove Content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We also provide a reporting tool and review reports of abuse.

Premium features are offered as a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. Prices and included features are shown on the pricing page and may change for future purchases. Taxes may apply. If a purchase is fully refunded or charged back, the associated Premium features are revoked.

Because Premium unlocks digital features immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong with your purchase, contact us at support@canna.sx.

If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for owning it and configuring DNS correctly. You must not point a domain you don’t control at the Service. We may stop serving a domain that is misconfigured, disputed, or used abusively.

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your Content may be deleted, subject to our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount).

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
