Fix a problem
I cannot log in
Recover access when your password, email, Discord, or code is not working.
Try these checks
- 1Make sure Caps Lock is off.
- 2Use the email address connected to the account.
- 3If you normally use Discord, press the Discord login option instead.
- 4If you forgot the password, use Forgot password.
- 5Open the reset email and create a new password.
- 6If two-factor authentication is enabled, use the current authenticator code or one unused recovery code.

- • Check Spam or Junk.
- • Wait a few minutes before requesting another message.
- • Make sure you previously verified the email address.
Important
Staff should never ask for your password, authenticator code, or recovery codes.
