Fix a problem
My custom domain is not working
Fix missing DNS records, delayed changes, and HTTPS setup.
Check both required records
- 1Open Dashboard → Customize → Custom domains.
- 2Compare the routing record with your DNS provider.
- 3Compare the TXT verification record.
- 4Remove duplicate or conflicting records for the same host.
- 5Wait for DNS to update.
- 6Press Verify again.
Verified but not loading
Verification only proves ownership. The domain must also point to the routing target shown in the dashboard. HTTPS is created automatically after routing works and may need another minute.
