Protect a page with a password or age gate
Require a password or an 18+ confirmation before visitors enter.
Set a page password
- 1Open Dashboard → Customize → Privacy & gates.
- 2Find Page password.
- 3Enter at least four characters.
- 4Press Set password.
- 5Open your page in a private browser window and test it.
Important
A page password limits casual access, but you should still never upload highly sensitive or illegal material.
Turn on the age gate
The age gate is a visitor confirmation. It is not a government identity check.
- 1Find Age gate (18+) on the same page.
- 2Turn it on.
- 3Save the setting.
- 4Visitors must confirm their age before entering.
