Getting started
Claim your link and publish your first page.
Is canna.sx free?
Yes. You can sign up, claim a username, and publish a full bio page for free. Premium unlocks extra cosmetics like custom layouts, SEO overrides, page aliases, fonts, and exclusive profile preferences.
How do I claim my username?
Create an account at /register, pick an available name (letters, numbers, underscores), and you're live at canna.sx/yourname immediately after signing up.
Can I change my username later?
Yes — open Dashboard → Settings and update your username there. Your old link will stop working once changed.
Customization
Themes, media, effects, and what's free vs Premium.
What's included for free?
Colors, links, social icons, analytics, background effects (image, video, 3D, music), username effects (rainbow name, glow, tilt), Discord/Spotify widgets, custom cursors, and cursor particles.
What does Premium unlock?
Profile layouts, layout customization (width, link style, avatar shape, scrollbar), custom fonts, typewriter bio, SEO metadata, page aliases, exclusive badge, and hide toggles for views, UID, and branding.
Can I upload my own background and music?
Yes. In Dashboard → Customize you can upload a background image or video and an audio track. Visitors can play music after entering your page.
How do page aliases work?
Premium users can add extra short URLs (e.g. canna.sx/my-link) that show the same profile as their main username. Manage them under Customize → Page aliases.
Discord & Spotify
How do I connect Discord?
Go to Dashboard → Settings and click Connect Discord. Once linked, enable the presence widget under Customize → Connected services.
How does Spotify now playing work?
Connect Spotify in Settings (separate from Discord), then toggle “Show Spotify on my page” in Customize. Your bio shows the track you're playing with album art and progress.
Do integrations require Premium?
No. Discord presence and Spotify widgets are free for all users.
Badges
What are badges?
Badges are small icons shown under your display name on your public bio. Some unlock automatically when you hit milestones; others are granted by staff.
Where can I see all badges?
Browse the full catalog at /badges — filter by category, see rarities, and read unlock guides for each badge.
How do automatic badges work?
When a badge is linked to an action (e.g. Premium, view count, link count), the platform grants or removes it automatically when you qualify.
Analytics & privacy
What analytics do you collect?
Dashboard → Analytics shows profile views, device breakdown, referrers, and link clicks. Views are deduplicated — one count per visitor per 24 hours.
Do you sell visitor data?
No. We don't use third-party ad trackers and we don't sell analytics data.
Can I hide my view count?
Premium users can hide the public view counter on their profile via Customize → Exclusive preferences.
Account & security
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Open Dashboard → Settings → Security. You can enroll TOTP authenticator apps, manage sessions, and generate recovery codes.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use the password reset flow on the login page if enabled, or contact support/staff if you're locked out and have no recovery codes.
How do I delete my account?
Dashboard → Settings includes a danger zone to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
